Return Policy

Refund: If you wish to process a return, you have within 15 days after receiving your order to ship it back for a refund, since we don’t offer exchanges. Simply make sure products are in their original and unused conditions, and then ship them back with the invoice and note requesting a reimbursement. Once we receive returns, we process once a week and send an email confirmation. All returns require a 20% restocking fee for the return merchandise value — no exceptions. Customers are responsible for all associated return fees. Please note that any packages returned to the shipper because of invalid addresses will only be refunded for subtotal. Shipping will not be refunded.

If any packages are refused/returned to shipper by the customer, the return postage will be deducted from refund along with the 20% restocking fee.

We do not cover return postage for refused packages.

Items displaying visual signs of use or damages will not be accepted. Charges will be billed to your credit card or another payment method immediately.

Defective Merchandise:
All defective merchandise must be reported to our customer service department within 30 days of receiving your order. As a consumer, you are required to inspect your products and contact us immediately if the products are damaged beyond repairs. We will need the following to file a claim: Picture displaying the damages, the number of yardages affected, proof that the product is irreparable, and a detailed description of damages. Once the information is provided and the evidence reviewed, we will be able to offer the option for a replacement or refund if qualified. Restrictions may apply, and ANY claims past 30 days will not be accepted or validated. Please take into consideration that we cannot file any claims for a product that has been used knowingly and that is damaged. By using a defective product, you forfeit any and all rights to resolution of replacement or refund claims.

Please note: A refund will be issued if, and only if, it meets requirement below.
Items must be in its original condition, well packaged, and with the original product’s packaging. Damaged items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. No exceptions.

Please note: Any cuts, drawings, or alternations made to a product will automatically disqualify it for a return.
Orders must be purchased within the last 15 days starting the day you received the order. Absolutely no refunds are accepted after 15 days. No exceptions.
